• Processing stone crab claws is one of the most sustainable methods out there – the claws are removed by hand, and the crab is returned to the ocean, where its claws regenerate within 18 months.
• Once aboard, each claw is pre-cooked, lightly cracked for easy-opening, and individually quick-frozen.
