Is the crab pre-cooked or raw?

Most of our King Crab is flash-frozen and pre-cooked on the boat to lock in flavor. You only need to thaw and gently steam, grill, or bake it to enjoy.

What happens if my order arrives thawed?

If your seafood arrives at a temperature above 40°F, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund as part of our Freshness Guarantee.
